Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with domestic and international travel planning
- Book flights, hotels, visas, and customized holiday packages
- Handle customer inquiries and provide travel recommendations
- Manage reservations and ensure smooth travel coordination
- Deliver excellent customer service and create memorable travel experiences
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements
- Experience in travel consulting, travel sales, or B2C travel industry preferred
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of flight bookings, hotel reservations, and holiday packages
- Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel solutions
- Background in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality is an advantage
