Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Architect to lead and support the design, development, and coordination of architectural projects. The role involves preparing design concepts, developing drawings, coordinating with consultants and engineers, and ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with design intent, technical standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals based on project requirements.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, presentation drawings, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to integrate services into the design.
- Assist in preparation of design documentation, technical specifications, and tender drawings.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical details where required.
- Support project planning, design revisions, and documentation during different project stages.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure drawings are updated and consistent.
- Participate in client meetings and design discussions when required.
- Conduct periodic site visits to review construction progress and ensure alignment with design intent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Photoshop, D5, Lumion and presentation software.
- Ability to develop concept designs and detailed architectural drawings.
- Good understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and approval processes is preferred.
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
