Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Video making:
1. Shoot real estate reels, property walkthroughs, project videos, and social media content
2. Capture cinematic interiors, exteriors, amenities, lifestyle shots, and location footage
3. Shoot talking-head videos, educational content, and promotional videos
4. Plan shots creatively based on the property's USPs and content objective
5. Travel to client/project locations across Pune for shoots
6. Use smartphones, cameras, gimbals, and other equipment depending on the project
B. Video editing:
1. Edit Instagram Reels and other short-form content
2. Create engaging edits with strong pacing, transitions, text overlays, and motion graphics
3. Add captions, music, sound effects, voiceovers, and CTAs
4. Perform color correction and basic color grading
5. Maintain consistent branding across client content
6. Repurpose raw footage into multiple social media assets
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
