Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven T.S.I. / Sales Officer to join our team. The T.S.I. / Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator with strong sales skills and the ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in FMCG sales ( Food Only).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
