Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and support sales or customer service activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products and answer questions.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer database.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Graduate (preferred).
- Experience in telecalling (1–2 years preferred).
