This job involves direct meeting of 3 to 4 clients daily & involves travelling within the allocated territory. Candidates are expected to achieve their allocated targets on monthly basis.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager with 3–5 years of experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) to drive business growth and expand our client base. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through strategic B2B sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IFM sector.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients through B2B sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, real estate companies, industrial clients, and commercial establishments.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand facility management requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in tenders, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for business growth.
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in IFM / Facility Management sales.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
- Strong network with corporate clients, IT parks, industrial units, and commercial facilities is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
