Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a high-performance Sales Coach / Closing Manager who can drive revenue, improve conversions, and lead a team of academic counsellors for premium management programmes (PGDM, MBA, DBA, Pathway Programs).
This is NOT a classroom trainer role.
You will be directly responsible for daily sales performance and revenue growth
Sales Floor Management:
- Monitor live calls and coach counsellors in real-time
- Intervene in high-intent leads and support closures
- Ensure no hot lead is missed
Daily Performance Tracking:
- Track leads vs conversions vs revenue
- Identify gaps (RNR, follow-ups, poor pitch)
- Fix issues immediately through coaching
Conversion Optimization:
- Improve scripts and sales pitch
- Build urgency using scholarship, EMI, and placement angles
- Increase overall conversion rate of the team
Team Training & Motivation:
- Conduct daily 15–20 min training sessions
- Train on objection handling, closing, and communication
- Keep team motivated and target-driven
Qualification:
- 5+ years experience in EdTech / Education Sales
- Experience in companies like Byju’s, Upgrad, Simplilearn, Unacademy preferred
- Strong closing skills (high-ticket sales ₹1L+)
- Experience managing tele-calling / inside sales teams
