Accounts & Inventory Executive
We are looking for a sincere and responsible Accounts & Inventory Executive to join our supermarket team.
Responsibilities
- Enter all purchase bills in the POS software.
- Record purchase and accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Maintain daily godown stock movement records.
- Verify purchase prices and maintain standard profit margins.
- Inform management immediately if margins are affected due to cost changes.
- Follow up with suppliers for schemes, discounts, credit notes, returns and damage claims.
- Coordinate with the auditor's office to ensure GST returns and other statutory filings are completed on time.
- Ensure all daily transactions are recorded accurately and without delay.
- Prepare simple daily and monthly purchase, stock and expense reports.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.
- Willingness to learn POS software.
- Good accuracy, honesty and responsibility.
- B.Com/BBA preferred.
- Experience in a supermarket is an added advantage.
Salary: ₹18,000–₹23,000 (Based on experience)
Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
