As part of our livelihood expansion initiative across the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR), we are seeking motivated and field-oriented professionals to join our team.
Role: District Coordinator ( 2 Positions)
Key Responsibilities
· Lead livelihood and enterprise development activities within assigned districts.
· Conduct market assessments and identify opportunities for livelihood-focused solar solutions.
· Identify, engage, and support rural entrepreneurs, SHGs, FPOs, and community institutions.
· Promote and facilitate adoption of solar-powered livelihood technologies.
· Build partnerships with local stakeholders, government programmes, and financial institutions.
· Generate and manage sales leads from identification to installation.
· Conduct awareness campaigns, demonstrations, entrepreneur meetings, and field outreach activities.
· Support access to financing, government schemes, and enterprise development opportunities.
· Identify and mentor local field agents and community resource persons.
· Maintain digital records, field data, and periodic progress reports.
· Support implementation of district-level business development and expansion activities.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in rural development, livelihoods, sales, SHGs, FPOs, agriculture, renewable energy, or related sectors.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts.
Other Requirements
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Must have access to a two-wheeler for extensive field travel.
Compensation
- ₹20,000 fixed salary per month
- TA & DA
- Provident Fund (PF)
Preference
- Candidates from the Bodoland Region and nearby districts will be preferred.
- Knowledge of local language and communities will be an advantage.
