We are looking for an experienced CHA Coordinator to join our growing
team in New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate import & export customs clearance activities
Manage customs documentation and regulatory compliance
Liaise with customs authorities, shipping lines, airlines, transporters and CHAs
Ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments
Track shipments and resolve clearance-related issues
Requirements:5–7 years of experience in Customs Clearance / CHA Operations
Strong knowledge of import-export documentation and customs procedures
Freight Forwarding industry experience preferred
Familiarity with ICEGATE, DGFT, Customs EDI and related portals
Excellent coordination and communication skills
