Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electronics Engineer with 9–10 years of experience in industrial automation and machine manufacturing. The ideal candidate will lead the electrical and automation functions for new and existing products, ensuring robust electrical design, reliable control systems, and successful commissioning of industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical System Design
- Design electrical control panels, machine wiring, and power distribution systems.
- Prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, panel layouts, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Select appropriate electrical and electronic components based on application requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards and safety regulations.
PLC & Automation
- Develop, modify, and optimize PLC software (Siemens S7-1200/S7-1500 preferred).
- Develop HMI applications and machine operating interfaces.
- Configure and commission VFDs, soft starters, sensors, and industrial communication networks.
- Optimize machine performance through automation improvements.
Product Development
- Participate in new product development and engineering improvements.
- Standardize electrical architecture across multiple machine models.
- Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
Manufacturing Support
- Support production during electrical assembly and wiring.
- Guide technicians in panel building and machine wiring.
- Resolve manufacturing-related electrical and automation issues.
Testing & Commissioning
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
- Perform electrical testing and validation before dispatch.
- Lead customer site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and machine optimization.
- Provide remote technical support whenever required.
Documentation
- Maintain electrical drawings, PLC backups, HMI files, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Maintain engineering change records and revision history.
Vendor & Procurement Support
- Evaluate electrical components and alternate suppliers.
- Support procurement with technical specifications.
- Work closely with vendors to improve quality and reduce costs.
Team Leadership
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
- Review engineering deliverables.
- Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electronics & Instrumentation (E&I), or related discipline.
- 9–10 years of experience in industrial automation, electrical engineering, or OEM machine manufacturing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
