Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Executive / AutoCAD Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, AutoCAD drawings, and ensuring product quality compliance throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA)
Prepare and maintain Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), SOPs, inspection checklists, and quality documentation.
Monitor manufacturing activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality.
Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain QA records, reports, and document control systems.
Assist in internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety procedures.
AutoCAD & Documentation
Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings as per project and production requirements.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Ensure accuracy and revision control of drawings and QA documents.
Coordinate with design, production, and QA departments for documentation updates.
Prepare process flow charts, inspection formats, and technical procedures.
Required Qualifications
Diploma / bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in QA documentation and AutoCAD within a manufacturing setup.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D).
Experience in preparing QAPs, SOPs, procedures, and inspection reports.
