The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales to meet organizational targets. The Sales Executive will also analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, conduct client presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to building a pipeline and achieving sales goals.
Qualifications
- No need of any degree but need skill expertise in lead generation and sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Ability to assess customer needs and tailor IT solutions, particularly in AI, software development, and digital transformation
- Strategic thinking, goal orientation, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
- Prior experience in IT services and familiarity with managed IT services, or data analytics will be a notable advantage
Pay: ₹9,768.47 - ₹20,791.51 per month
