Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and increasing student enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads and opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with students, institutions, and partners
- Promote IT courses and training programs to potential candidates
- Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into admissions
- Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good presentation and convincing abilities
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
- Basic knowledge of IT training industry is a plus
Pay: ₹11,494.19 - ₹40,895.84 per month
