Position: Site Superviser

Job Summary
Amend Dental Centre is seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Engineer (Diploma in Civil Engineering) to oversee branch infrastructure projects, maintenance activities, renovations, and site inspections across our locations. The Site Engineer will be responsible for ensuring project quality, timely execution, cost control, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to all branch locations and project sites.
- Monitor and supervise civil construction, renovation, and maintenance works.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and branch teams for project execution.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and budgets.
- Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and maintenance reports for management.
- Identify infrastructure issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Verify material quality and monitor material usage at project sites.
- Assist in planning new branch setups, expansions, and facility improvements.
- Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies when required.
- Ensure proper documentation of project-related activities.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities across branches.
- Submit periodic reports directly to the General Manager.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in construction, site supervision, or facility management.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of civil construction and maintenance works.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
- Willingness to travel frequently for branch visits.
- Problem-solving and project management skills.
Key Requirements
- Should be willing to travel to multiple branch locations as required.
- Ability to work independently and report directly to the General Manager.
