Role Overview:
We are hiring a technically strong Site Supervisor to lead a large-scale on-site carpentry and modular furniture installation team. This is a high-speed, high-precision role requiring deep knowledge of wood-working, material application, and site-level furniture assembly to deliver a premium finish for healthcare turnkey projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Carpentry Leadership: Lead and manage a large team of skilled and unskilled carpenters to ensure high-velocity execution of on-site carpentry works (partitioning, paneling, built-in furniture, etc.).
Precision Installation: Oversee the structural assembly and finishing of both on-site carpentry and modular furniture units to meet design specifications.
Material Stewardship: Manage material consumption to minimize wastage, particularly for high-cost veneers, laminates, and plywood.
Quality & Finish: Ensure all site-made furniture meets the "Make" specifications and provides a premium, durable finish suitable for a hospital environment.
On-Site Problem Solving: Proactively resolve site-level technical challenges (e.g., leveling issues, site-cutting, hardware adjustments) without compromising structural integrity.
Project Documentation: Maintain site progress reports, labor attendance, and daily material utilization logs in line with our SOPs.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in large-scale site carpentry and interior turnkey execution.
Expertise in working with various wood materials, laminates, and advanced joinery techniques.
Strong experience in managing labor-heavy sites and coordinating multiple carpentry sub-teams simultaneously.
Excellent ability to read and implement detailed architectural/furniture drawings.
Salary Range:
₹ 25,000 – ₹ 30,000 per month (commensurate with skill level and project management experience).
Pay: ₹10,088.40 - ₹30,403.30 per month
