Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Baker and Bakery Team in daily production activities.
- Help with measuring, weighing, mixing, and preparing ingredients as instructed.
- Assist in preparing bakery products such as breads, buns, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other bakery items.
- Prepare and arrange ingredients and equipment before production.
- Support baking, cooling, finishing, and packing activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery production area.
- Clean and sanitize utensils, trays, equipment, and workstations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Properly store raw materials and finished products.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and arranging bakery materials when required.
- Follow instructions given by the Baker, Chef, or Production Supervisor.
- Maintain proper discipline and cleanliness during working hours.
- Perform other bakery-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Pay: ₹15,221.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
