Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain standard cost sheets for pharmaceutical products.
Perform product costing, process costing, and batch-wise cost analysis.
Analyze manufacturing costs, material consumption, labor costs, and overhead allocation.
Conduct monthly cost variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Review and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs), formulations, and routing data for costing accuracy.
Support inventory valuation and ensure accurate costing of raw materials, packing materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Monitor production efficiencies and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis by product, customer, and business segment.
Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, and Finance teams for cost-related data and analysis.
Support statutory audits, cost audits, internal audits, and regulatory compliance.
Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards related to cost performance.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and company policies.
Participate in new product costing and pricing analysis.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Experience:
