We are hiring an E-commerce Executive to manage daily e-commerce operations and online sales on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
Responsibilities:
- Upload and update product listings.
- Manage daily e-commerce operations.
- Process orders and coordinate dispatches.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels.
- Handle returns, replacements, and customer queries.
- Update product prices, offers, and promotions.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace accounts.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub and Myntra Meesho
- Good computer and MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in e-commerce operations is preferred.
