Job Description
- Handle customer queries through Chat and Voice Support.
- Provide prompt and professional customer service.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Requirements
- Graduate candidates can apply.
- Experience in Chat Support and/or Voice Support is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA (Based on Experience & Interview)
Job Locations: Mohali, Kolkata, Ranchi, Patna.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
