Job description:
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Support in preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Handle petty cash and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with other departments for financial data accuracy.
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and scheduling follow-ups
- Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Supporting HR policy development and implementation
- Manage the support staff
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
