Job Overview
NetTrackers is looking for a skilled and result-driven Senior SEO Executive / Specialist who can manage SEO strategies for large websites and improve organic traffic, rankings, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, backlink strategies, keyword research, and website optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete SEO activities for multiple or large-scale websites
- Perform detailed keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website pages for better rankings and user experience
- Handle on-page SEO including meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, schema, and content optimization
- Execute off-page SEO strategies including high-quality backlink building and outreach campaigns
- Monitor and improve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, indexing, site speed, mobile usability, redirects, and structured data
- Conduct regular website SEO audits and implement recommendations
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions using SEO tools and analytics platforms
- Work closely with content writers, developers, and marketing teams for SEO implementation
- Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools
- Create monthly SEO reports and performance analysis
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and latest SEO trends
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO
- Experience managing SEO for large or high-traffic websites
- Expertise in backlink strategies and link-building outreach
- Good understanding of website architecture, indexing, crawling, and Core Web Vitals
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic technical troubleshooting is a plus
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international SEO projects
- Understanding of local SEO and content marketing strategies
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
