Employment Type:** Full-time ## About the Role GCB Automobile is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Accounts Manager** to lead the finance and accounting function. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and team management while ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting. ## Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. * Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations. * Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. * Finalize books of accounts and coordinate with auditors. * Supervise and mentor the accounts team. * Maintain accurate financial records and MIS reports. * Coordinate with management for budgeting and financial planning. * Ensure timely vendor payments and customer reconciliations. * Identify process improvements to enhance financial efficiency. ## Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, CA Inter, or equivalent. * Minimum **5+ years** of experience in accounting and finance. * Strong knowledge of **GST, TDS, Income Tax, Financial Reporting, Bank Reconciliation, and Finalization of Accounts**. * Proficiency in **Tally ERP/Tally Prime**, MS Excel, and accounting software. * Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and team management abilities. * Experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage. ## Preferred Candidate * Hands-on experience managing an accounts team. * Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple financial activities simultaneously. * Strong understanding of accounting standards and statutory compliance. ### Salary & Benefits * Salary: **₹55,000 – ₹75,000 per month * Opportunity to work with a growing automobile organization. * Career growth and leadership opportunities. * Professional and collaborative work environment.
