Job SummaryWe are seeking an empathetic, articulate, and target-driven Telecaller / Academic Counselor to join our team at The Indian Education Review (TIER). In this role, you will interact with medical aspirants and their parents who are looking for MBBS opportunities abroad. Your goal is to guide them through their options, build trust, and convince them to visit our center for detailed admissions counseling.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Calling: Call pre-qualified leads, NEET-qualified students, and aspirants who have inquired about overseas medical education.
- Profile Evaluation: Understand the student's academic background, budget, and preference of destination (e.g., Russia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Philippines, etc.).
- Educational Counseling: Provide accurate information regarding university rankings, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and MCI/NMC guidelines.
- Lead Conversion: Persuade students and parents to attend in-person counseling sessions, webinars, or spot-admission events.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term rapport with parents to handle financial and safety concerns regarding studying abroad.
- CRM Tracking: Document all call interactions, follow-up schedules, and admission statuses meticulously in the company database.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
