Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Old Gold Buying Executive to evaluate, purchase, and process old gold ornaments from customers. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of gold purity assessment, valuation methods, customer handling, and compliance procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate old gold ornaments, coins, and other gold items presented by customers.
- Verify gold purity using approved testing methods and equipment.
- Calculate accurate gold value based on prevailing market rates and company policies.
- Explain valuation details and purchase offers to customers clearly and professionally.
- Complete customer documentation and KYC requirements as per company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory movements.
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and company policies related to gold purchasing.
- Coordinate with branch operations, finance, and inventory teams for smooth processing.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Identify and report suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
- Stay updated on daily gold prices, market trends, and industry regulations.

- Familiarity with KYC and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
