Job Summary
An Insurance Advisor is responsible for helping customers identify their financial and insurance needs and recommending suitable life insurance products. The role involves building relationships with clients, generating leads, providing financial guidance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers through networking, referrals, and other lead-generation activities.
Understand clients' financial goals and insurance requirements.
Explain various life insurance products and their benefits to customers.
Recommend suitable insurance plans based on customer needs.
Assist customers with policy applications and documentation.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide after-sales service, including policy renewals and claim assistance.
Achieve sales targets and business objectives set by the company.
Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines.
