The Water Group leads vital engineering projects for municipal and industrial clients. We design and deliver critical infrastructure across markets like oil and gas, chemicals, and manufacturing. Our team drives everything from proposal development and planning to detailed engineering for water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater systems. We cover both treatment and conveyance, including pipelines and pumping facilities. Your Responsibilities:
- Design and drafting of construction drawings for electrical and control systems in industrial and municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities.
- 3D modelling of electrical & instrumentation equipment in Revit.
- 2D design and detailing for medium and low voltage one-line drawings, layout of electrical equipment, cable tray, conduit, duct bank, area classification, panel design, motor schematics, wiring diagram, grounding system, lighting systems, and instrumentation layout using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Collaboration with engineers and designers across multidisciplinary teams to ensure design coordination and compliance with project and industry standards.
- Coordination with multiple BMcD offices for project execution and design consistency.
- Support development of innovative design solutions and contribute to continuous improvement in design practices.
- Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards, adhere to project schedules, and client expectations.
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering
Experience :
Years of Experience: 2-3 years
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Plant 3D for Electrical design and coordination.
- Experience in industrial and municipal water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
