Job Summary :-
REhub Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Service Support Assistant to support the service team by coordinating customer requests, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Receive and attend customer service calls and inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate service visits with technicians.
- Maintain service records, customer databases, and reports.
- Follow up with customers regarding service status and feedback.
- Update daily service activities in company records.
- Assist in handling customer complaints professionally.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills..
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in customer support, administration, or service coordination will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
