Role Overview
We are hiring Sales Executives to meet prospective clients, conduct site visits, explain property options, negotiate, and close deals while achieving monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Meet prospects at project sites and present property details clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plots, apartments, or villas.
- Conduct site visits and support customers through the decision process.
- Negotiate and close sales as per monthly targets.
- Build strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with marketing and inside sales teams for lead follow-ups.
- Track local market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working with targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits.
