IndiaZone is looking for enthusiastic Interns / Freshers to join our Customer Service & Online Support team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
- Provide basic assistance and guidance to users regarding platform features and services
- Escalate issues to the appropriate department when required
- Maintain records of customer interactions and support requests
- Follow up with customers regarding pending requests or updates
- Support online help desk and customer service activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries
Requirements:
- Freshers and interns are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and online communication tools
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
Preferred Skills:
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Experience in customer interaction, telecalling, or online support is an advantage but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
