Job Summary
Radiance Family Salon & Bridal Studio is hiring experienced Male & Female Hair Stylists to join our growing team. We are looking for passionate professionals who are committed to delivering quality hair services and providing an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform haircuts and styling for men, women, and children.
- Hair washing, blow-drying, and finishing services.
- Hair colouring, highlights, hair spa, smoothening, and other hair treatments.
- Recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care products based on customer needs.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the salon.
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional service.
- Stay updated with current hair styling trends and techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of salon experience preferred.
- Knowledge of hair cutting, styling, colouring, and hair treatments.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
Salary & Benefits
