Job Opening: Real Estate Telecaller
M3 Productions is hiring on behalf of DNS Homes PVT. LTD. for experienced and serious candidates for the position of Real Estate Telecaller.
Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month, based on experience, communication skills, and performance.
Incentive: Additional ₹10,000 incentive per successful conversion/sale.
Minimum Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate telecalling.

Minimum Target:
A minimum of 20 genuine and verified customer office visits must be achieved as per the assigned target.

Monthly Target: Minimum 2 successful sales
Important: Junk, fake, irrelevant, or non-serious customers will not be entertained and will not be counted as valid office visits.
Lead Support:
Leads will be provided by us. Candidates may also generate their own leads through personal sources, references, field activity, networking, or other genuine methods to achieve targets and earn additional incentives.
Work Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Weekly Off:
One weekly off will be provided and decided by the administration. Sunday is not a fixed holiday and working on Sundays may be compulsory.
Target & Salary Justification:
Achieving the assigned minimum target is compulsory for performance evaluation and salary justification.
Employment & Payment Responsibility:
The candidate will be hired by M3 Productions on behalf of DNS Homes PVT. LTD. The selected candidate will work from the DNS Homes PVT. LTD. office, while M3 Productions will be responsible for salary, payments, and employment-related commitments of the candidate.
Minimum 6-Month Job Commitment:
The selected candidate must commit to working for a minimum period of 6 months and will be required to sign a proper employment agreement or contract. Leaving the job before completion of the committed period without following the terms of the signed agreement may result in appropriate action by M3 Productions, subject to the employment contract and applicable law.
Document Verification:
At the time of accepting the offer letter, the candidate must provide a valid and authentic government-issued national identity document and sign the required employment contract and related documents.
