- To greet the person approaching them for assistance
- To issue the GP Form to the patient / relative and submit it to respective department for which the required documents are requested and following up with the respective department for receiving the documents within the given time frame to the patient / relative
- Identify the complaints, investigate and inform to the concern department
- To take the demographic and other related details from the patient’s or their relatives and ask them to fill the registration form and then enter it into the software
- To guide the incoming patients to the respective doctors OPD
- To be aware of the Scope of Services that the hospital offers
- To guide the patients with the information of the services that are not covered in our scope of services
- To be updated about the patient admitted details
- To be aware about vulnerable patient policy
- To help the patient / relative getting admitted or discharged from the hospital to their luggage and cart
- To book the ambulance through the software for the patients
- To mention all the documents and filing of the department
