About the Role
LEADSPACE is looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor to manage and monitor civil maintenance activities for our Pune Metro Pillar Advertising projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling electricians, civil workers, maintenance teams, and ensuring smooth execution of all on-site operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, site supervision experience, and the ability to coordinate daily maintenance and civil work activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage electricians, civil workers, and maintenance staff.
- Monitor daily site activities related to Pune Metro Pillar Advertising works.
- Ensure proper maintenance of flex boards, frames, structures, and installations.
- Handle flex mounting, removals, replacements, and repair activities.
- Coordinate civil work execution and ensure work completion within timelines.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and workforce productivity at sites.
- Conduct regular inspections of advertising structures and maintenance areas.
- Ensure safety procedures and operational standards are followed.
- Report daily work updates and maintenance status to the management team.
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and operations teams whenever required.
- Resolve on-site operational issues immediately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, civil maintenance, or operations.
- Experience in handling electricians, civil workers, or maintenance teams.
- Basic knowledge of civil works, flex installation, and maintenance operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable with field work and travel within Pune locations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
