We are looking for a creative 3D Event Designer with strong visualization skills who can transform ideas into stunning event concepts and work closely with clients and production teams to bring them to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative 3D concepts for corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, conferences, product launches, and brand activations.
- Create realistic 3D renders, stage designs, venue layouts, décor concepts, and branding elements.
- Prepare production-ready designs that are practical and executable.
- Develop stage fabrication drawings, floor plans, and technical layouts.
- Understand client briefs and convert ideas into innovative event concepts.
- Present concepts confidently during client meetings and incorporate feedback.
- Coordinate with Sales, Client Servicing, Production, Operations, and Execution teams.
- Visit venues to understand dimensions, logistics, and design possibilities.
- Support the production team during execution to ensure the final setup matches approved designs.
- Ensure designs are completed within project budgets and timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in event design, lighting, materials, and rendering technologies.
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Event Designing or Event 3D Visualization.
- Experience in both Corporate Events and Wedding Events is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of stage fabrication, event production, truss systems, décor, branding, and event structures.
- Strong creativity with excellent visualization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for venue visits and event execution whenever required.
Software Skills
Candidates should have hands-on experience with:
- 3ds Max
- SketchUp
- AutoCAD
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
Preferred Skills
- Lumion
- Enscape
- Blender
- Twinmotion
Languages
Hindi and Tamil are an added advantage.
