Job Responsibilities:
- Handle overall power plant operations & maintenance
- Monitor turbine, boiler, and utility operations
- Lead shift teams and ensure smooth plant functioning
- Ensure safety, efficiency, and statutory compliance
- Manage preventive maintenance and breakdown activities
- Coordinate with production and electrical departments
