Quality Analyst (Call Center – Sales Process)
Experience: 3+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate sales calls as per quality parameters
- Audit inbound & outbound calls for sales conversion process
- Check agent performance on:
- Customer handling
- Product/service knowledge
- Pitch quality
- Objection handling
- Closing skills
- Compliance adherence
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports & MIS
- Share feedback and coaching points with sales executives
- Conduct calibration sessions with Team Leaders and Operations team
- Identify training needs to improve conversion ratio
- Track KPIs: Quality Score, Conversion %, AHT, CSAT, FCR
- Ensure process guidelines and customer experience standards are followed
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as Quality Analyst in Call Center Sales Process
- Experience in Domestic BPO / Healthcare / Dental Sales preferred
- Strong call auditing & analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of CRM & Excel reporting
