Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions. Candidates with prior experience in the Hospitality or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry will be preferred.
The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, documentation, payroll coordination, vendor management, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee joining formalities and maintain employee records.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing.
- Coordinate employee engagement and performance review activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and facility management.
- Maintain office assets and inventory records.
- Handle travel bookings, courier management, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained office environment.
- Support management with administrative reporting and documentation.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in an HR & Admin role.
- Experience in the Hospitality or F&B industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
