About the Role
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with prior EdTech sales experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about counseling prospective learners, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to admission closure.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and update sales activities regularly.
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with learners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Mandatory Requirements
- 6 Months to 2 Years of EdTech Sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Must be fluent in English and any one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in selling online courses, certification programs, or professional training solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
