About Us
Sanskriti Youth Foundation is an NGO dedicated to empowering youth through community-driven programs and initiatives. We're looking for a passionate Project Lead to help us drive meaningful impact.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and monitor NGO projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with volunteers, partners, and stakeholders
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Represent the foundation at community events and meetings
- Prepare reports and updates for leadership and donors
- Support fundraising and outreach efforts
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Management, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination (NGO experience a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Passion for youth development and community service
- Based in or willing to work from Agra (hybrid setup)
