Designation: Personal Assistant to Director

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Personal Assistant to the Director to join our team and support senior leadership in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Act as a point of contact between Director and stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Organize meetings, agendas, and record minutes (MoM)
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate with departments and follow up on tasks
- Screen calls, emails, and prioritize communications
- Support MIS reporting, data analysis, and event coordination
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in a similar role
Wanting experience working with senior management is an advantage
Age Criteria: 25 to 35 years (flexible for the right candidate)
Salary: 5 LPA to 7 LPA (based on experience and current CTC)
