Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their needs and preferences.
- Achieve sales targets and promote new collections.
- Maintain product displays and ensure accurate stock handling.
- Follow company SOPs, security protocols, and operational standards.
- Keep customer records updated and maintain confidentiality.
- Represent the Dagina Legacy brand with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in jewellery or luxury retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
