– Handle all daily paperwork and filing — digital and physical, project-wise
– Maintain registers for payments, materials, labour, and subcontractors
– Send quotations to clients and follow up with them on calls and WhatsApp
– Track which quotations are pending, signed, or lost
– Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the director
– Remind the director of payment deadlines, client follow-ups, and compliance dates
– Maintain vendor, subcontractor, and client contact database
– Handle general office work — emails, courier, stationery, appointments
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
