Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Client Acquisition: Proactively prospect and acquire new clients (Retail/HNI) for Demat and trading accounts through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for brokerage generation and account activation.
- Activation: Reach out to dormant or non-trading clients to re-engage them through market updates and investment ideas.
2. Advisory & Client Management
- Portfolio Advisory: Provide high-quality investment advice on equity markets, derivatives, and other financial instruments based on the client’s risk profile.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with daily market movements, research reports, and economic data to provide clients with timely insights.
- Relationship Building: Act as a single point of contact for resolving queries, handling complaints, and providing "hand-holding" support during the investment journey.
3. Operational Excellence
- Trade Execution: Assist clients in placing orders on the trading terminal and resolve any issues related to trade settlement or documentation.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to SEBI guidelines and internal company policies.
