Job Summary
BeastDrive is hiring a Tamil Sales Caller to engage with potential customers, explain our services, and generate sales opportunities through outbound calling. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain BeastDrive's services and offerings clearly and professionally.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
- Convert potential customers into active clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Must be currently residing in Bangalore.
