As we aggressively scale our operations to manage 130+ active client accounts, we need a highly connected Freelance Digital PR & Media Outreach Specialist to build our clients' authority and directly supercharge our SEO efforts.
Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic PR professional whose primary focus is Digital PR and high-level link building. Your main objective is to secure high-authority media placements, industry mentions, and premium backlinks that build brand trust while feeding directly into our SEO strategies. You will work hand-in-hand with our SEO and content pods to ensure every press release and media pitch drives organic search value. While digital outreach is the priority, any experience you have in securing offline media spaces or coordinating trade show and expo presences is considered a massive bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital PR & Link Building: Pitch journalists, industry bloggers, and trade publications to secure high Domain Authority (DR) backlinks, guest posts, and editorial mentions for our clients.
- SEO Team Collaboration: Work directly with our SEO Specialists to align your PR outreach with our core keyword strategies and domain authority targets.
- Press Releases & Media Pitching: Draft and distribute compelling press releases for real estate project launches, major consulting milestones, and high-volume supply contracts.
- Niche Media Buying: Identify and negotiate sponsored placements, advertorials, and banner ads on highly targeted regional B2B portals and industry magazines.
- Events & Expos (Bonus Function): When required, assist in securing exhibition booths, speaking slots, or sponsorship packages at key industry trade shows (e.g., agricultural expos, packaging machinery summits).
- Brand Authority Management: Ensure all media placements accurately reflect our clients' specific business models—strictly positioning them as elite suppliers and consultants.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven PR Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Digital PR, media outreach, or communications, preferably within B2B, real estate, or industrial sectors.
- SEO Fluency: You must understand how PR impacts SEO. You should know what Domain Authority (DR) is, the value of a "do-follow" link, and how to structure anchor text.
- Existing Media Network: Established relationships with journalists, PR distribution networks (like HARO/Connectively, PR Newswire), and B2B trade publications.
- Copywriting: Exceptional ability to craft concise, compelling pitches that cut through the noise of a journalist's inbox.
- Event Coordination (Bonus): Previous experience negotiating event sponsorships or managing offline media buys is a strong advantage but not the primary requirement.
Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹2,500.00 per hour
