1. Regulatory & Quality Compliance
- Adhere to cGMP and GDP: Ensure all warehouse activities comply strictly with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (c GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and plant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Audit Readiness: Keep the warehouse, storage rooms, and dispensing areas immaculate and audit-ready at all times. Assist Quality Assurance (QA) teams during regulatory (e.g., USFDA, WHO-GMP) and internal audits.
- Data Integrity: Strictly follow ALCOA+ principles for all documentation, maintaining accurate electronic and physical records.
- Deviation & CAPA: Raise and manage any Deviations or Change Controls, and support the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) if issues occur.
2. Material Receipt & Storage Management
- Inward Operations: Coordinate the receipt of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and consumables. Verify material quantity, packaging conditions, and Vendor Certificates of Analysis (CoA) against Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Challans.
- Material Labeling & Segregation: Ensure all incoming materials are properly labeled with their status (e.g., Quarantine, Approved, Rejected, Under Test) and securely segregate them to prevent cross-contamination or mix-ups.
- Environmental Controls: Monitor and record Temperature and Relative Humidity (RH) in storage areas. Manage cold chain storage (e.g., 2° C to 8° C) and ensure temperature mapping is up to date.
- Stock Rotation: Strictly apply FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) and FIFO (First In, First Out) principles to manage product shelf life and prevent expired materials from being used or distributed.
3. Dispensing Operations
- Material Dispensing: Coordinate with the Production department to dispense raw and packaging materials according to the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
- Line Clearance: Verify the area is clear and properly sanitized prior to and after batch dispensing.
- Equipment Calibration: Perform daily and routine verification and calibration of weighing balances and dispensing equipment.
4. Inventory Control & Dispatch
- ERP / WMS Management: Execute all transactions, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issues, and returns, in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Physical Stock Verification: Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory verifications, reconciling physical stock with ERP data.
- Finished Goods Dispatch: Prepare packing lists, coordinate with logistics/transport providers, and ensure the timely and compliant dispatch of finished pharmaceutical products to the market
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
