- Research and identify potential candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-volume positions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across all departments
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and market conditions
- Create compelling outreach messages and maintain ongoing candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced search methodologies across multiple platforms
- Track sourcing metrics including pipeline health, response rates, and conversion ratios
- Attend networking events, career fairs, and industry conferences to build relationships and identify talent
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure smooth handoff of qualified candidates
- Maintain candidate database with accurate records and detailed candidate profiles
- Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence
- Provide market insights and talent availability feedback to leadership and hiring teams
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
