We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Travel & Tourism team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting travel packages, generating sales, handling client inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales ability, and knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel solutions.
- Prepare customized tour itineraries and quotations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and visa consultants.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer data.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, visa regulations, and tourism offers.
