Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive professional to manage IndiaMART inquiries, handle government and private tenders, coordinate project documentation, and ensure smooth communication between clients, the sales team, and project execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
IndiaMART Management
● Handle daily IndiaMART inquiries and customer follow-ups.
● Respond to RFQs and generate quotations.
● Convert inquiries into business opportunities.
● Maintain CRM and inquiry records.
● Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure.
Tender Handling
● Search and identify relevant Government and Private tenders.
● Analyze tender requirements and eligibility criteria.
● Prepare tender documentation and submissions.
● Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial documents.
● Maintain tender calendars and submission schedules.
● Track tender status and communicate updates.
Project Coordination
● Coordinate between clients, sales, procurement, and engineering teams.
● Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.
● Maintain project documentation and reports.
● Follow up on material dispatch, installation, and project completion.
● Schedule client meetings and maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
● Ensure timely communication with stakeholders throughout project execution.
Required Skills
● Experience in IndiaMART lead management.
● Knowledge of GeM Portal and Government e-Marketplace (preferred).
● Familiarity with CPP Portal, eProcurement, or tender portals.
● Strong documentation and coordination skills.
● Excellent MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
● Strong communication and follow-up skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Educational Qualification
● Graduate in Commerce, Management, Engineering, or any relevant field.
Preferred Skills
● Knowledge of industrial automation products.
● Understanding of quotations, purchase orders, and project documentation.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹10,923.63 - ₹25,000.00 per month
